This course is suitable for anyone who still feels a beginner but has done a course of little bit of work before, we shall be exploring opening up to Spirit in a nurturing positive manner.
We will be exploring connecting to your power and attuning to the spirit world. How we know when spirit comes close, how to strengthen that connection and how to connect with our senses and feelings. Using music to stimulate our connection.
