My way to reflect

Hi everyone,

Well as I take time to reflect on where we are at the moment and what is going on it feels like there’s never been quite a time like this and in such difficult and worrying times it’s even more important that we can stay in our own bubble and I’ll put own presence.

How can we do this?

Well for me this is this is by a daily meditation or connection to yourself another often we can find meditation difficult in the sense that we feel we don’t have time or we can’t get all mine is quite enough but for me10 minutes each day which I’m sure we can always do anyway I can and just keep persevering with this I guess like any muscle that we build it may not be so strong to start with but with a bit of practice it will.
